The Platform may offer:

  • Player profiles, statistics, rankings, and leaderboards.
  • League organization and session-management tools.
  • Subscription-based access to certain features.

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com is not a real-money gambling platform.

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com does not operate a real-money poker room, accept wagers of legal tender, or pay monetary winnings or cash prizes based on poker results.

3. VIRTUAL CHIPS — NO MONETARY VALUE

THIS SECTION IS A MATERIAL AND ESSENTIAL CONDITION OF USING POT ODDS CLUB & POTODDSCLUB.COM.

3.1 Play Chips and League Chips

All chips available, allocated, displayed, awarded, used, or tracked on Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com, including “Play Chips,” “League Chips,” tournament chips, promotional chips, and any other virtual chip denominations (collectively, “Virtual Chips”), are digital gameplay units intended solely for entertainment and scorekeeping within the Platform.

ALL VIRTUAL CHIPS ARE PLAY CHIPS ONLY.

3.2 No Cash or Monetary Value

Virtual Chips:

  • Have absolutely no monetary or cash value.
  • Have no resale, exchange, redemption, or liquidation value.
  • Are not legal tender, currency, cryptocurrency, securities, digital assets, or stored monetary value.
  • Do not represent money deposited, held, or owed to any User.
  • Do not represent ownership of property, funds, or any financial interest.
  • Cannot be redeemed for real money or legal tender under any circumstances.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cryptocurrency, digital currency, stablecoins, or other financial assets.
  • Cannot be redeemed for gift cards, merchandise, goods, services, prizes, credits, or anything else of value.
  • Cannot be sold, purchased, auctioned, bartered, traded, exchanged, pledged, gifted, or otherwise transferred for consideration.
  • Cannot be converted into a cash balance or withdrawn from the Platform.
  • Do not create any entitlement to compensation or payment from Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com, other Users, League Organizers, or third parties.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM, MAY VIRTUAL CHIPS BE REDEEMED, CONVERTED, EXCHANGED, SOLD, OR OTHERWISE USED TO OBTAIN REAL MONEY, LEGAL TENDER, OR ANYTHING OF MONETARY VALUE.

3.3 Limited Gameplay Permission

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com grants Users a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use Virtual Chips solely within authorized Platform gameplay.

Users do not acquire ownership or property rights in Virtual Chips.

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com may allocate, adjust, reset, expire, or remove Virtual Chips in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

3.4 No Secondary Market

Users are strictly prohibited from creating, facilitating, advertising, or participating in any secondary market involving Virtual Chips.

This prohibition includes transactions conducted outside Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com, including through third-party websites, messaging applications, payment services, or personal arrangements.

3.5 No Cash-Out Rights

Virtual Chip balances, tournament results, leaderboards, and League standings never create a right to withdraw, redeem, or receive money.

No User may demand payment based on a Virtual Chip balance or game result.

4. AGE AND ELIGIBILITY

Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction if higher, to register or participate.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com is lawful where they reside or are physically located.

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com may restrict access based on age, geography, applicable law, or other eligibility requirements.

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com may request reasonable verification information to establish eligibility.

5. USER ACCOUNTS

Users agree to:

6. PUBLIC FREE PLAY GAMES

Public games use Play Chips exclusively.

Play Chips are provided for entertainment and gameplay purposes.

Winning or losing Play Chips does not result in any real-world financial gain or loss.

Public games may include computer-controlled participants, also known as non-player characters (“NPCs”), to support table occupancy and gameplay availability.

NPCs may be automatically seated or removed according to Platform rules. Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com may identify or otherwise disclose NPC participation within the game interface.

All card distribution and game outcomes are intended to follow the published rules and applicable randomization mechanisms.

7. PRIVATE LEAGUES

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com permits authorized Users to create or join private, invitation-only Leagues.

League access may be controlled by designated Organizers.

Private League games use League Chips, which are separate from public Play Chips.

LEAGUE CHIPS HAVE NO MONETARY VALUE, RESALE VALUE, OR REDEMPTION VALUE AND ARE SUBJECT TO EVERY RESTRICTION IN SECTION 3.

League Chips exist solely for virtual gameplay, tracking results, and recording session performance.

League Chips may not be used as a substitute for money or as a means of settling monetary obligations.

8. LEAGUE ORGANIZERS

Authorized League Organizers may be permitted to:

  • Create and administer private Leagues.
  • Invite or remove participants.
  • Configure permitted games and sessions.
  • Establish starting League Chip allocations.
  • Manage session access.
  • Record and report game results.
  • End or cancel sessions.

Organizers must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Organizers may not represent that Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com endorses, administers, guarantees, or processes any real-world financial arrangements.

Organizers must not use Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com to solicit, facilitate, record, enforce, or settle real-money wagers.

9. LEAGUE CHIP ALLOCATION AND RESET

League Organizers may establish the initial number of League Chips allocated to participants for each authorized session.

League Chips are session-specific virtual gameplay units.

At the conclusion of a private League session, including cash-game-style sessions and tournaments, the session’s League Chip balances are reset to zero.

The Platform may retain session results and historical records for reporting and administrative purposes.

Historical League Chip results do not represent monetary earnings, debts, credits, or financial balances.

10. PROHIBITION ON REAL-MONEY GAMBLING

Users and Organizers are strictly prohibited from using Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com to conduct or facilitate real-money gambling.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Betting or wagering money on Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com game results.
  • Redeeming chips for cash or anything of value.
  • Buying or selling chips through outside arrangements.
  • Offering monetary prizes based on gameplay results.
  • Using League Chip balances to calculate or settle payments.
  • Collecting or distributing real-money poker winnings.
  • Charging monetary stakes to participate in individual hands or games.
  • Arranging off-platform payments connected to game outcomes.
  • Using the Platform to organize unlawful gambling activities.

The fact that a transaction occurs outside Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com does not make an otherwise prohibited use permissible.

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts or Leagues as permitted by law.

11. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PLATFORM FEES

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com may charge subscription fees for access to certain private League features.

Separate subscription plans may be offered to private League Players and League Organizers.

Subscription payments purchase access to eligible Platform functionality only.

Subscription fees do not purchase Virtual Chips, constitute poker wagers, fund prize pools, or create any entitlement to monetary winnings.

The applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any trial terms will be disclosed during subscription enrollment.

Recurring subscriptions renew only in accordance with the terms disclosed and authorized at checkout.

Users may cancel through the methods provided in their account or subscription settings, subject to applicable law.

Refunds, if any, are governed by the applicable checkout terms and mandatory consumer protection laws.

12. NO PLATFORM PAYMENT PROCESSING FOR PRIVATE GAMES

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com does not collect, hold, distribute, transfer, escrow, or settle funds associated with private poker game outcomes.

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com does not administer real-money prize pools or player-to-player gambling payments.

The Platform does not authorize external financial arrangements merely because it provides private League functionality.

Any attempt to use the Platform as a ledger for monetary gambling obligations violates these Terms.

13. FAIR PLAY AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users must participate fairly and may not:

The Platform may experience delays, disconnections, software errors, or interruptions.

Where permitted by applicable law, Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com may correct erroneous results, restore or adjust Virtual Chip balances, cancel affected games, and take reasonable steps to preserve game integrity.

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

15. PLAYER STATISTICS AND LEADERBOARDS

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com may record game histories, rankings, tournament finishes, participation records, and other statistics.

Such information is provided for entertainment, competitive recognition, and Platform functionality.

Rankings and statistics do not represent financial performance, income, investment returns, or monetary entitlements.

16. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

19. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or Leagues when reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or Platform integrity concerns.

Upon termination, a User's access to Virtual Chips may end.

No termination, suspension, closure, or expiration creates any right to compensation for unused or accumulated Virtual Chips.

Any rights relating to prepaid subscription services remain subject to applicable law and the relevant subscription terms.

20. NO FINANCIAL EXPECTATION

Users acknowledge that participation in Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com is for entertainment only.

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com makes no representation that participation can generate income, financial gain, or monetary rewards.

Virtual Chip balances and gameplay success have no cash equivalent.

No User should participate with an expectation of receiving money or other valuable consideration from gameplay.

21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Pot Odds Club & PotOddsClub.com disclaims warranties not required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
